Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order's ship date. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Frank And Oak account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original reusable mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
